This May I will be participating in the 31 Day Makeup Challenge. It’s actually a 30-day challenge, but I will add the 31st day to make the month complete. I’m so excited to start blogging full time and figured this would be the perfect start!
I ugre all beauty bloggers to join me starting tomorrow to begin our 30 Day Makeup Blogging Challenge!
I don’t know if this the usual norm for the U.K. but I am still very cold! This is my first spring in England. I have to admit it is nothing like springtime in Miami. We headed out for our usual walk and I decided to opt for warmth and comfort.
I purchased this orange hoodie from Prettylittlething.com thinking it would be darker than it actually is in person. It says staff across the front. It’s an on-trend lightweight over -sized hoodie. I topped it with my favourite army vintage jacket. You can read more about this jacket in my last OOTD post linked here—>
The Adidas pants are super comfy. I wear them whenever I am in doubt of what to put on for the day. They are actually men’s track pants in a smaller size. I love wearing unisex clothing. We shouldn’t be limited to wearing only men’s or only women’s clothing.
My favourite sneakers are my Adidas NMD. They have the most comfortable sole known to man. LOL, I can walk for miles in the sneakers and not feel a thing.
Whenever I do not feel like messing with my hair I always throw on a baseball cap. I purchased this Adidas baseball cap from Poshmark.com for $6! It’s such a great investment, as I wear it most days!!!
This past weekend I ended up in Brighton. I was excited to visit all the stores as my friend had a make up appointment at M.A.C. She invited me to tagalong.
I’ve been trying to decide on a new foundation that accommodates my skin color. All of my other foundations are more orange base as opposed to golden. I didn’t know that M.A.C. gave 10 day samples of foundation. They were super friendly and helpful. I was given two different foundations NC45 and NC47.
The foundation is the Studio Fix Fluid which is good for people with oily skin. If you’ve been following me you know I have disgustingly oily skin. I explained to the make up artist that I had super oily skin. She then suggested I try the mattifying gel and the oil control lotion. I also was given samples of both of these to try. I will do another post with my thoughts on these two products.
It’s hard to choose foundations because one matched my neck well while the other matched my face better. I think I’m going to go with NC45, as it blends better on my face. How do you choose your perfect foundation?
I also picked up a few other things this highlighter from M.A.C. called, Oh Darling and it is EVERYTHING!! The golden shimmer is gorgeous on all skin tones.
I also opted for honeysuckle matte lipstick by MAC. This pinky toned nude is gorgeous with MAC’s chestnut liner on my skin tone.
I hope you enjoyed my pickups and if you have any comments or suggestions please leave them down below. 💜
Thanks so much for reading!!!

I put together a colourful look using my £4 Makeup Revolution Colour Chaos palette. The pigment in the palette is gorgeous. Inspired by Coachella season, I wanted to do a different look from my normal neutral or mauve tone looks. I love all of the shades in my Makeup Revolution “Colour Chaos” palette, and can’t wait to do more spring & summer looks!
